Antonello Ferrara - Resident Manager
Mr. Ferrara joined the team in 2008, three months after the start of this adventure, in an era where the hotel was in the process of transformation, and with many challenges ahead. Professionalism and a wealth of knowledge accumulated in the course of a long and fruitful career experience in different companies, have taken to the Hotel Milano exactly what was needed. Under his decisive leadership fact, the customer base has increased considerably. The hotel is on the road to becoming one of the most recognized structures, appreciated and above all; all you want in a hotel.
Alina Minut - Front Office Manager
Alina is particularly attentive to the service to the customer and is committed with great passion and dedication to creating memorable experiences. Alina coordinates the divisions of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance in order to achieve and ensure high levels of hospitality.
Francesca Perina - Front Desk
Francesca has been with us since 2010. She started her career as a reservations clerk, where she learned with her precision and punctuality many insights and guidelines. Her teaching was later integrated in the team's front office procedures. Francesca appreciates the dynamism of this work, and is demonstrates a great capability in receiving guests daily from different countries. The professionalism of Francesca is expressed not only in the immediate guest reception, but also the willingness to listen and customer service. She is convinced that if a guest is happy with us, they will love our beautiful city even more. Francesca is fluent in English and French and German discreetly.
Laura Farano - Front Desk
Laura, began working with the Hotel Milano almost at the time we opened the doors and watched this place grow over time. Her goal is to make the guest feel at home away from home, by helping you choose the best restaurants or indicating the places to visit in this beautiful city. He also has a genuine fondness for our "baby guests.” Laura speaks English well and is fluent in Spanish.
Sujith Perera e Guglielmo Verità - Night Shift
The journey begins with Sujith’s previous property. Then he was persuaded to work with us, the current hotel! Sujuth is lways collaborative with the rest of the team; is friendly, smiling, helpful and especially good with customer service. Sujith speaks very good English.
William we can define in a few words, and overall is patient, jovial and helpful. He speaks fluent English and French.
Deeptha Perera - Breakfast Manager
Deeptha like Sujith, began working with the Hotel Milano with the old managers. You can also easily define him as one of the pillars of our team. When Deeptha is in charge of the breakfast room; be assured that there will be fabulous cappuccino and that your kids will have fun with magic tricks that he can do. He has a great passion for the bar area, is concerned about the cars of our guests and carefully monitors the maintenance of the hotel. Deeptha speaks very good English.
Mihaela Zivkovic - Housekeeping
The housekeeping department is one of the key pillars of the hotel and guest satisfaction during their stay. Michela is the person that we have identified who is best able to ensure the quality of service. You want to sleep soundly and start your day with a great breakfast. That's why you'll also see Mihaela in the breakfast room in the morning. Mihaela speaks fairly well in Croatian English and Serbian.
